Images were produced to present to the council a family friendly motor home park on the beach front in Wellington.

 

Public toilets and outdoor showers are housed in small buildings that resemble boat sheds. This typology is fitting due to the nature of the site. Outdoor public showers serve the abundance of surfers that visit the beach and present this motor home concept as a service to the public as well as paying campers. Picnic tables line the front of the site to serve the public as well as providing campers with a al fresco dining spot. 

 

 Towards the back of the site a private toilet and kitchen block provide amenities for campers. The entrances to the block are on the sides as to prevent strong wind gusts and sand blowing in. A spacious flat is situated above the amenities block and is available for park managers to reside in. There is possibilities for this to be rented out to public as well.
